In managing commercial buildings, our goal is to ensure your building is always in perfect technical condition and provides maximum comfort to its users. We take care of regular maintenance, cleanliness and security, as well as all operational services needed for smooth functioning.
Commercial building management differs from residential building management primarily in legislation and contractual arrangements. While residential building management is governed by Act No. 182/1993 on the ownership of apartments and non-residential premises, this act does not apply to commercial buildings. We manage commercial buildings based on a mandate agreement or service agreement, but the scope of services provided is largely the same as for residential buildings.
