Privacy Policy
In accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").
Principles of Personal Data Processing:
- Principle of lawfulness: Personal data may only be processed in a lawful manner so that the fundamental rights of the data subject are not violated.
- Principle of purpose limitation: Personal data may only be collected for specifically determined, explicitly stated and legitimate purposes and may not be further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
- Principle of data minimization: Processed personal data must be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
- Principle of accuracy: Processed personal data must be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; reasonable measures must be taken to ensure their accuracy.
- Principle of storage limitation: Personal data must be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
- Principle of integrity and confidentiality: Personal data must be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data.
- Principle of accountability: The controller shall be responsible for and be able to demonstrate compliance with the principles of personal data processing.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing
We will process your personal data for the purpose of handling your request, order or inquiry, for the purpose of fulfilling a contract, protecting rights and legally protected interests, or fulfilling our obligations. If you have given us consent, your data may be used in accordance with the consent given.
Legal Grounds for Processing
Processing of your personal data is permitted by law, in particular when processing is necessary:
- For the performance of a contract concluded with you or for pre-contractual measures.
- For compliance with our legal obligations.

Obligation to Provide Data
Providing your personal data may be required by law or contract. If you do not provide the required data, this may result in the inability to process your request or fulfill the contract.
